Performance Phase Fuel
When I’m getting ready to peak for a major event I use this stack to fuel my body.
Whey Protein
Typically ~50g of whey protein per day to help me meet my total protein intake goals of ~1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Taken alone or I’ll create a shake of some form depending on what my total caloric needs for that day are. Preferred is mixing almond milk, whey protein, almond butter, a banana, and some dates.
Creatine
5g daily taken with my above shake because of the great strength benefits you get from creatine supplementation
Beta Alanine/Pre-Workout
Taken pre-workout as it has been shown to help athletes get in more volume during their workouts.
