I tried waking up At 5am to workout in the mornings before work and this is what happened! This is a recap of my first week of working out at 5am! I always said I could never workout in the morning because of my full time job Monday to Friday, well it turns out I was wrong and I think I’ve just changed my whole life! So far I am loving the morning routine and all of the extra time in the morning and I’m looking forward to week 2! It’s crazy how my mindset and attitude has changed so much by changing this one thing.
