Ingredients
CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 Quest Chocolate Dipped Bars, chopped and separated
- ½ cup egg whites
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 scoop Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein
- ¼ cup oat flour
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder, special dark
- ¼ cup zero calorie sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
Frosting:
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, special dark
- 1 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
Method
- Place the milk and Quest bar (reserve ¼ cup) into a microwave safe glass.
- Cook for 1 minute and stir until smooth.
- Stir together the dry ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients together.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Transfer to a 8” pan and bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
- Whip frosting ingredients together and frost cake.
- Top with remaining Quest Bar pieces and serve.
