What’s up beautiful guys welcome to another video again today in this video you will get the best short workout for people who are skinny and wants to gain muscles. This workout should be done four times a week and I am sure with this workout your body will already be much better and more Stronger . You can do this workout anywhere without equipment no bench needed no dumbbells , but it is the most convenient at home, and it will be suitable for anyone, even if you are a beginner.

Work each exercise 3set x 12 reps
And between each exercise rest 30 second or less for good result
