Ingredients
QUESTIFIED BUCKEYE BALLS
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp zero calorie sweetener, powdered
- 1 Quest Peanut Butter Cookie, crumbled
- ⅓ cup sugar free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Method
- Stir the coconut flour and sweetener together in a mixing bowl.
- Add in the peanut butter.
- Use a rubber spatula to stir until a dough comes together.
- Fold in the peanut butter cookie crumbles.
- Separate into 11 evenly sized balls and chill.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil together.
- Dip balls in chocolate.
