The majority of this workout is completed in a standing position where we will alternate cardio movements to increase our rate with strength intervals using hand weights. For reference, I’m using 5 pound dumbbells. Always begin with a lighter set of weights (or water bottles, soups cans) and increase the intensity as you grown stronger. HIIT (high intensity interval training) is great for burning calories and weight loss! Most importantly, you will feel great after this workout! The last section of the video we will lower our bodies to the floor to finish with some ab exercises and stretching.
