So many of you have been asking about post-workout nutrition lately, so in this vlog I take you through my morning routine and workout and then show you WHAT I EAT POST-WORKOUT. I am taking you through my full day of healthy eating and exercise, showing you how I create and modify my meals to ensure I have DELICIOUS but HEALTHY meals after I workout to maximise my results.
